Smoked BBQ Pigtail Bowl — pigtail seasoned with our dry rub, grilled, then finished with our scratch-made Barbecue Rum Sauce, made to order, a nod to Barbados's own street-food pigtail tradition.

If you'd rather build your own, ask for the Pickled Pigtail topping — among build-your-own regulars, it's usually the first thing to sell out.
WHY WE'RE NEAR YOU
We're on Black Rock Main Road, a main road in and out of the city, surrounded by workplaces, a specialist medical center right next door, pharmacies, doctors' and dentists' offices, and a few churches. If you're already out running errands or on your lunch break in Black Rock, we're the stop that doesn't ask you to sit through a sit-down meal to get something real to eat.

We know our prices run a little higher than some other lunch spots close by. Every bowl starts with breadfruit that's actually locally grown, roasted the traditional way over wood fire, and finished with proteins and sauces we make ourselves — our pepper sauce, our barbecue rub, and breadfruit tacos made from real breadfruit, not flour tortillas — rather than the frozen, pre-packaged version competitors often use. We think that's worth it, and we hope you do too.
We've also worked hard on wait times over the years. Ordering ahead is still the fastest way to eat with us. Walking in on a busy day without ordering ahead may mean a short wait while your food is cooked fresh, the same as any kitchen cooking to order.
