About the Role
The Marketing Assistant helps bring Yelluh Meat’s story to life across social, email, and digital channels. This role supports campaign execution, catering lead generation, content coordination, and customer engagement. You’ll work closely with the Directors to turn strategy into consistent, results-driven communication.
Marketing is the bridge between what we make and how the world experiences it. This role ensures that the Yelluh Meat brand remains visible, consistent, and exciting — from in-store happenings to digital campaigns. You help grow awareness, drive catering leads, and strengthen loyalty through effective, authentic communication.
Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Content Execution
Build and schedule posts, emails, and SMS campaigns using our content calendar.
Coordinate creative assets and assist with photo/video content collection.
Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Lead Generation & Performance Tracking
Support catering promotions and campaign follow-ups.
Track campaign performance (engagement, clicks, catering inquiries).
Prepare monthly reports summarising wins, learnings, and recommendations.
Community & Customer Engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews with brand-aligned tone.
Assist in executing customer promotions, giveaways, and events.
Monitor audience feedback and escalate trends to leadership.
Results
Minimum of 3 social posts + 2 email/SMS sends per week.
Campaign calendar maintained 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
Weekly catering lead target: ≥ 10 qualified leads/week.
Monthly report delivered by the 3rd working day each month.
Consistent tone, visuals, and response time <24 hrs for inbound comments.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
Strong writing and organizational skills.
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and/or GHL preferred.
Understanding of Yelluh Meat’s brand voice and visual style.
Proactive communicator and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
