About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to oversee our daily station operations, ensuring excellence in everything we do. This includes everything from maintaining our high cleanliness and safety standards to providing exceptional service that keeps our guests loyal. The Shift Supervisor ensures the seamless daily management of our stations by overseeing and conducting crucial opening and closing procedures and leading the team by example.
Who You Are
Our ideal candidate,
Must have proven experience leading a team.
Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Must be efficient and accurate with money and figures.
Must possess manual ability to manipulate the POS system and handle/serve food.
Must have a valid food handler certificate.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day goal is to help Yelluh Meat operate successfully across all stations in delivering quality products, quality service, and execution of the shift plan.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Performing restaurant opening and closing procedures.
Conducting accurate physical inventory counts following guidelines.
Receiving food and beverage orders following specified procedures.
Assigning and ensuring that team members complete all opening, closing and maintenance duties as specified and on time.
Preparing daily prep sheets for the back-the-house crew following the standards found in the operations manual.
Addressing guest issues promptly and effectively while applying discretion and judgment to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintaining a good team environment by encouraging teamwork among crew members.
Covering stations and filling in as needed to maintain company service standards and guest satisfaction.
