The Hospitality Manager is a pivotal role responsible for orchestrating an exceptional guest experience across all touch points, including dine-in, online orders, delivery, and catering events. Thorough knowledge of bar operations, including mixology and beverage trends.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food and alcohol service.
Proficientcy in using technology for reservations, POS systems, and reporting.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
Availablilty to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day goal is to help Yelluh Meat create an environment that makes guests repeatedly return.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty, focusing on seamless service delivery and consistent quality.
Oversee bar operations, including drink menu development, inventory management, and compliance with alcohol regulations.
Collaborate with marketing to create enticing promotions and campaigns to attract and engage customers.
Train and guide the team in delivering outstanding customer service, while addressing guest concerns effectively and professionally.
Coordinate with Event Experiences Manager for catering events, ensuring flawless execution and exceeding client expectations.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the dining area, bar, and other guest spaces.
Provide leadership and support to service staff, promoting a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.
Analyze feedback, sales data, and trends to make informed decisions that drive revenue and service improvements.
Implement safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic and secure environment for both guests and staff.
Collaborate with General Manager to align hospitality and kitchen operations seamlessly.
Manage sales and delivery systems and optimize throughput for a smooth guest experience.
Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
