The Event & Experiences Manager is a dynamic role responsible for orchestrating exceptional catering experiences, coordinating events, and driving sales in the catering segment. This role involves strategic planning, sales efforts, and meticulous execution of various on-site and off-site events.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
Valid food handler certificate.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day goal is to help Yelluh Meat create memorable experiences that fosters raving fan client loyalty.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell event catering services, driving revenue growth.
Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and tailor offerings to exceed their expectations.
Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including menu selection, logistics, staffing, and setup.
Create event proposals and contracts, ensuring clear communication of services, terms, and pricing.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Oversee event setup, decor, and ambience, ensuring every detail aligns with the client's vision.
Manage event staff, ensuring they are well-prepared and provide exceptional service throughout the event.
Attend events to oversee execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
Analyze post-event feedback to continually improve offerings and exceed client expectations.
Collaborate with marketing to promote event services through various channels.
Maintain a strong network of vendors and suppliers to enhance event offerings.
Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
